| I get to spend the day with you on the absolute best day of your life. How cool is that?!?! I love what I do. I bought my first camera back in 2004 to document a trip to Alaska, and I found the creative outlet I had been looking for. It started as a hobby, became an obsession, and now I get to do this every day! I feel so incredibly lucky to wake up every day and go to work doing a job that I love. I married my wife Jen on New Year’s Eve in 2007, and every time I photograph a wedding I’m reminded of that night and how amazing it was. I am an artistic photojournalist. What I mean is that while I shoot primarily candids, I don't limit your pictures to just that one style. I also capture the formal shots that the family will love, the artistic portraits that you will cherish, and all of the details that will help tell the story of your day. Your pictures will be something that will allow you to relive your wedding day again and again and again. I love the fact that I am allowed “behind-the-curtain” on the most important day of your life. I understand how important your pictures are to you, and I promise to give my best, every wedding, every time.
